Soft X-ray Imaging Experimental Station

Due to the low energy of soft X-rays and their high susceptibility to air absorption, imaging is performed under vacuum conditions (10-4 Pa).

Overall description of the experimental station: The station comprises the main chamber, the sample transfer system, and the CCD detector, with the layout illustrated in the figure below.
