IREFL-PhotoExcitation Spectroscopy(IREFL-PES)

发布时间:2025-08-11 浏览次数:10

The photoexcitation spectroscopy experimental station utilizes infrared free-electron lasers as the excitation light source to prepare vibrationally excited molecular beams. By combining the crossed molecular beam method with universal mass-spectrometric detection techniques and time-sliced ion imaging, it investigates the reaction dynamics of vibrationally excited molecules. At the atomic/molecular level with quantum-state resolution, this setup reveals the reaction dynamics of vibrationally excited species and explores methods to control chemical reactions through molecular vibrational states. Key application areas include combustion chemistry, atmospheric chemistry, and energy chemistry.
